I have taken this supplement for 21 days. I have taken probiotic supplements for decades and prebiotic supplements for a couple of years.
My first week on Synbiotic didn't feel any different than with other supplements. After about 12 days on Synbiotic I noticed I was not having food cravings or thinking about my next meal all the time. I was thinking about it after a few days of not having cravings, and I realized it must be this supplement because nothing else had changed in my diet or routines, so I looked up the benefits of postbiotics online, and sure enough, a decrease in cravings can be a benefit. Some of the information I ran across indicated that postbiotics are linked to mental health and feelings of well-being, and can even help people with serious mental illness diagnoses,. When I read that, I realized that I had definitely had less stress responses and a more positive outlook to dealing with work stress and employee issues that usually get to me. That sold me, and I put Synbiotiic on subscription!
Because fermented postbiotics can have strong odors, there is disc in the supplement bottle that is saturated with a strong mint oil. It took me 3 days, then on the 4th day of having a burning feeling in my esophagus that kind of felt like heartburn, which I almost never suffer from, I realized that the mint oil clinging to the outside of the capsules was irritating my esophagus. I poured the remaining capsules into a bowl and now store them that way, then give each capsule a quick rinse before I take it and that has alleviated the problem.
If I take the supplement with food, I get a little digestive upset, the best results for me are taking it on an empty stomach first then in the morning at least a half hour before eating, with plenty of water or green tea.
I seem to be getting the same amount of digestive and immune support as I was on other brands of probiotics and prebiotics, but the new results of the postbiotic support are impressive and make the slightly higher monthly cost of this product worth it.

I started taking this in January 2025 after reading a review from someone who said it helped with her lactose intolerance. I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did because it really worked for me.

After about 1–2 months, I already started to feel a difference. My sensitive stomach improved a lot, and I stopped getting random diarrhea for no reason. Now, almost a full year later, I rarely need to take Lactaid before eating dairy products.

The only time I still take Lactaid is if I’m having a very heavy cheese meal or a full glass of milk. Otherwise, if I have a scoop of ice cream, some cheese, or foods with some dairy, it’s no longer an issue for me.

This has truly been life-changing, especially when traveling. I won’t go a day without it. It’s also so easy to take — just one pill after breakfast daily does the job.

Highly recommend for anyone dealing with lactose intolerance or a sensitive stomach!

Genuinely such an impressive little bottle of pre-, pro-, and post-biotics all in one and as a self-stable option not requiring refrigeration - makes taking all necessary "biotics" a breeze instead of buying individual options that often come in ugly containers or require space in the fridge. It also has a slight mint scent which makes me nauseous but swallowing is easy and of course the scent disappears after you eat it. I'd rather they change the scent to like a citrus but hey, not too bad.

A major issue is why is this company concealing or not making the full ingredients clearly and easily visible? It should be shown visibly in the preview images and it is not - A MAJOR CONCERN and one which leads to dubious confidence in this brand and the ingredient's authenticity. Hope they rectify this immediately

Additionally, I do wish that the price was lower because its rather too pricy to justify (seller/manufacturer please be more cost competitive as its hard to want to purchase this again due to the price) and also, as shown in my photo, I don't see why they'd ruin the front of the light blue bottle by putting the sticker there! Thankfully I was able to rinse and scrub off but it left a tad of sticky residue. Not like that's a major factor but an annoyance that could ruin the design for others if they don't take the time to remove the sticker or have issues with it successfully coming off without other steps. Its just such a pretty aesthetic, care for your full presentation! I say this especially as I plan to order more and use this bottle continually for storage if it goes well.

I just received it so too early to tell if I notice a difference with its impact or effectiveness but looking at the ingredients and percentage, it looks like a fantastic option and worth the price though of course I still think it could be slightly more competitive/accessible yet for what you're paying for, seems to be promising. I also think the technology and design of these seem to have such potential, hope it turns out to truly be one of the best options on the market. When I was younger, I took antibiotics for my acne for a few years. I decided to stop them my acne came back worse than ever. I gave up dairy and the acne stopped. I’ve had weak moments when I eat dairy and every time, I would break out. I have been taking probiotics and prebiotics ever since the antibiotics. I’ve switched brands from time to time. Once I switched to Ritual and I had a weak moments and had dairy, I didn’t break out. I was surprised so I ate a bit of dairy again, and didn’t break out. Now, I’m able to have dairy without any breakouts. I’ve been taking these synbiotics for over a year and I’m never switching!

Awesome 3 in 1 supplement if you suffer from any kind of frequent or occasional stomach/GI issues. The bottle is well made and its easy to get the lid on and off while still being secure and maintaining the freshness of the capsules. The capsules both taste and smell really good and minty, I was both surprised and pleased by this. The capsules start working fast to provide all sorts of relief once you take them, saw a huge improvement in my GERD symptoms and these are great to take if you've overeaten and given yourself an upset stomach, they work wonders for bloating. The only issue I have with the product is in the color choice for the font, its white and very hard for me to see on the light grey bottle, it made reading the product information and directions challenging at first, a darker font would definitely be easier to see and read.

Expensive, but they work like nothing else. I hate the fact that I have to pay $60 a month for these, but they truly are amazing. I have not tried anything that even remotely compares to how regular these keep me. Plus, they have an amazing minty flavor. 10/10

First off...the label is so hard to read that you can barely tell what strains are in the capsule. I see that now that the product listing does show the 'Supplement Facts' which is very helpful. Second, once I started this I did notice an increase in energy levels BUT....I had very high anxiety symptoms that started 48 hours after the first capsule. I endured 9 days of this. I did some research and found that certain strains can in fact increase anxiety. I haven't taken a dose for 24 hours and I already feel much less anxiety. So, be aware of this...

Deducted a star for poor label design. Can't blame the ingredients. Again, I did have energy, but lousy anxiety, and no way to know that unless you take it and see how your body responds.

I am giving a 3 star because I’ve only been taking this product for 3 weeks. I have noticed subtle differences. But reading up on it and the full effect takes approximately 4-8 weeks so I reordered it to get me to the full 8 weeks. Will see. Hope this review helped to those that are on the fence to whether take it or not. It can’t hurt you for all I know so what’s the loss besides the price. ***After taking this a full 8 weeks I stopped taking for one week. Now I am realizing that it was helping and I didn’t notice how much. I am having issues that I didn’t have before. So I purchased again and hope it improves. I guess it just takes time to readjust your stomach. Give it time and it will work.

So good for my bell bell! First off I love the container. I wasn’t sure about the container until I fully read the container and looked up the container and what it uses were for and then I realized it’s a protective format to protect what’s inside and keep everything stabilized and secure for when you’re about to take this product. Which I think is amazing and innovative, most bottles or shipments that need some type of extra barrier protection, come with a little tiny, etc., to work out the moisture and keep it secure, but the whole bottle itself does that which is phenomenal very impressive. OK, let’s get to the actual Formulate inside the bottle. It is fantastic for your gut health issues or just general overall gut health improvement. So easy to take and use did not experience any side effects i.e. any major bloating or discomfort or pain which sometimes happens with some other brands or products this product is formulated for your body. It somehow knows to get in to your bloodstream and your intestines And give you that relief and comfort and support that you need. I definitely definitely recommend this product to anybody with good health issues or just wanting to improve your gut health balance all over it is a winner for sure!

Bought for travel when I can't take my liquid probiotic with me. The mint smell is lovely and these seem to work well. Very similar to SEED brand, but at a much better price point, especially since you only take 1 per day!

I read about Tributyrin and its benefits for people with colon inflammation and ulcers. It’s also safe for those with SIBO and has many great properties. So, I decided to try it as a treat for my gut 😅, even though I don’t have these issues. The first capsule on an empty stomach caused diarrhea, but the next day was better. It improved my digestion without any side effects.
❌ The first downside is that the listing didn’t previously mention the strong peppermint flavor.
❌ The price is also high for just 300mg of Tributyrin, and I believe those with gut issues may need more than one capsule.
